EPCOT 2027 Bonsai Display Submissions
Planning for the 2027 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is officially underway, featuring a new, earlier application deadline! To allow proper time for tree selection and Disney coordination, all submission applications will now close on December 1st, 2026 (moving up from the traditional December 31st date). Because the selection committee evaluates trees solely through photography, exhibitors are encouraged to start refining their trees, styling, and taking clean, well-lit photos now before the holiday rush. Start preparing early to ensure your Florida bonsai art makes the strongest possible impression!

2026 BSF Convention
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s BSF Convention—what an unforgettable celebration of our bonsai community. Over the past 20 years of conventions, we saw a record number of trees exhibited, a record number of visitors, a record number of Intro to Bonsai classes, and a record number of volunteers. This year truly set a new standard, and your artistry, passion, and support created an outstanding experience for everyone who attended. To every exhibitor, attendee, vendor, demonstrator, and volunteer: BSF deeply appreciates you. Your presence filled the halls and made the entire event feel alive in the best way. We look forward to seeing you again at the 2027 BSF Convention on Memorial Day weekend for our “All Native” theme.
